Donald Trump said he will attend the funeral of former President Jimmy Carter.
Carter died Sunday at his home in Plains, Georgia at age 100. His funeral will be held Jan. 9 at the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D.C..
“I do. I’ll be there. We were invited,” Trump told reporters at a New Years Eve party at Mar-a-Lago.
He declined to say whether he had spoken with any of Carter’s family members since his death.
