Donald Trump’s campaign still owes St. Cloud, Minnesota nearly $209,000 for city services incurred at a July rally.
Trump and his running mate Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) held a campaign rally at Herb Brooks National Hockey Center at St. Cloud State University on July 27.
Trump left without paying the bill for services beyond what the city normally provides, The Minnesota Star Tribune reported Monday.
The expenses include $$63,000 for police costs, $62,000 for costs related to a change in a construction project near campus, $60,500 for public services, $21,000 for Fire Department costs and about $2,000 for IT-related costs.
Officials in St.Cloud have sent another invoice to the Trump campaign to pay for the rally after they missed the Oct. 10 deadline.
At least four cities are still waiting to be reimbursed for expenses totalling nearly $750,000, relating to services provided by local law enforcement and first responders during Trump’s rallies, NBC News reported. Some of these expenses date back to 2016.
