Donald Trump supporters verbally harassed Sen. Lindsey Graham at the Reagan National Airport on Friday days after he publicly broke with Donald Trump on the Senate floor about widespread fraud in the election.
Several Trump supporters shouted “traitor” and “liar” as Graham walked through the airport surrounded by security guards.

“It’s going to be like this forever, wherever you go, for the rest of your life…..you piece of shit,” one woman said. Before breaking out into chants of “audit our vote”
Graham was one of Donald Trump’s biggest enablers in Congress. Though he was not initially on board with the idea of challenging the electoral college results in Congress calling it a “political dodge“.
After an angry mob of Trump supporters stormed the Capitol on Wednesday, Graham gave a speech saying it is over. He cited the lack of evidence of widespread fraud and the numerous court decisions throwing out attempts by President Donald Trump and his allies to dispute the election results.

“When it’s over, it’s over,” Graham said. “Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are lawfully elected and will become the president and vice president of the United States on January the 20th.”
Utah senator Mitt Romney was also verbally harassed by a group of Trump supporters on a flight from Salt Lake City to Washington D.C. earlier this week. They called him a “traitor” for not supporting Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the results of the election.
