Donald Trump left his hospital room at Walter Reed Medical Center on Sunday just to wave at his supporters gathered outside the hospital as he continues to battle the coronavirus.
The muddled messaging coming from the White House was clearly not acceptable to Donald Trump, who is reportedly angry at his chief of staff Mark Meadows for contradicting his doctors.
His oxygen saturation dipped below 94%–twice. He’s on 3 drugs at the moment, an antibiotic cocktail, remdesivir and dexamethazone.
The 74-year-old, obese president is clearly trying to project an image of strength while suffering from this virus which landed him in the hospital.
Before he left his room at Walter Reed, Trump posted a 75 seconds clip to Twitter thanking the staff at the hospital and announcing his surprise for the “patriots” gathered outside the hospital with Trump flags.
Notably, during his little trip, Trump was wearing a cloth mask and not the medical grade N95 mask to reduce transferring the virus to others.
