Trump voter regrets helping him get elected.

A Texas man who helped to send Donald Trump back to the White House in January now regrets doing so.

Arturo Dominguez, 59, a U.S. customs broker told The Washington Post that he voted for Trump in 2024 after previously supporting Democrats, because he was turned off by Joe Biden’s decision to drop out of the race and VP Kamala Harris securing the nomination without a primary. He also felt Harris was “too liberal” and didn’t take the border issue seriously.

He took a chance on Trump because he thought that Trump had learned from his previous time in office, but quickly realized he was wrong.

“I thought in the first term there was a learning curve, and he would come reloaded and ready to work in the second,” Dominguez, said. “But he came back reloaded with vengeance for everyone who was against him, everyone he thinks wronged him.”

“You don’t do that. That’s what a little boy, an immature person, does,” he added. “What good is that going to bring for people? None.”

Trump’s revenge tour isn’t the only issue turning Dominguez against him. He also slammed Trump’s trade policy saying he is “deeply disappointed” and the administration’s immigration policy.

Dominguez told The Post that Trump officials are just picking up people that “look Mexican or look like they’re from another country.”

“They don’t even know if they’re American or not. It was supposed to be that they were only going after criminals. … Why are they grabbing more people off the street?” he said. “And why are they covering their faces? It isn’t right. We’ve never seen that before.”

Dominguez said he will not be voting for anyone in Trump’s circle in 2028 and regrets voting for the president in 2024, adding “I don’t think I’m the only one.”
