Two victims who were taken to the hospital following the shooting in a Chesapeake, Virginia Walmart have died, according to Sentra Norfolk General Hospital.
Five people were transported to the hospital after the attack. Two of the patients died, two are in critical condition and one is in good condition, the hospital said.
Chesapeake Chief of Police Col. Mark G. Solesky said at a press conference on Wednesday that an employee killed six people in the break room at the Walmart store before turning the weapon on himself.
It is unclear if the two deaths at the hospital is included in the official death toll.
