A video posted to TikTok from last week’s World Series game at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia shows former president Donald Trump accidentally hitting a child on the head with a baseball.
In the video shared by user @loupastore27, a young boy tossed his baseball to Trump to get it signed. After signing the ball, Trump attempted to throw it back to the boy but ended up hitting him on the head.
The child was not hurt.
This coming from a man who once boasted that he was suppose to be a “pro baseball player.”
“At the New York Military Academy, I was captain of the baseball team. I worked hard like everyone else, but I had good talent,” he wrote in 2004.
He has also mocked others athletic ability, namely Dr. Anthony Fauci who threw out the first pitch at the Washington Nationals and New York Yankees opening game in July for the 2020 Major League Baseball season.
“Tony should stop wearing the Washington Nationals’ Mask for two reasons. Number one, it is not up to the high standards that he should be exposing,” Trump tweeted at the time. “Number two, it keeps reminding me that Tony threw out perhaps the worst first pitch in the history of Baseball!”
