At least one person is dead and nine others were taken to the hospital after a Florida condo building partially collapsed on Thursday morning, according to Business Insider.

The Champlain Towers South building in Surfside, Florida crumbled at 1 a.m., leaving half of the building completely collapsed.

35 people in total pulled from the rubble, according to ABC7 and 51 remain missing.

The building is just one block from Arte Surfside, where Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump’s are said to be leasing a home.

The 40-years-old 12 story building has 136 units including two and three-bedroom units that range from $590,000 to $915,000.  It was in the process of of being inspected.
