3-year-old and woman with a brain tumor were victims of Boebert’s son alleged crimes.

Boebert's son tells court he can't afford a lawyer.

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) son, Tyler, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly breaking into cars and using stolen credit cards. New details reveal that the victims of his crime spree were as young as 3-years-old.

The incident summary listed six victims, though their identities are redacted. The youngest is just three years old. The remainder are between the ages of 18 and 64.

Another victim was a woman with a brain tumor who told police she had just $75 “left to her name,” according to Westworld.

Tyler, 18, was arrested with his three accomplices after they were caught on surveillance video using stolen credit cards from their victims’ parked cars at multiple locations in Rifle, Colorado on February 19 and 20, according to the arrest affidavit.

His accomplices were a 16-year-old white male, a 16-year-old white female, and a 17-year-old white female. They were not identified in court documents because they are all underage.

Authorities were able to identify Boebert because he was recorded on a surveillance camera at a gas station on February 20 using a stolen credit card while wearing a “Shooters Grill” sweatshirt.

‘Shooters Grill’ was the name of the restaurant previously owned by his mother.

Boebert was hit with 22 charges including four counts of criminal possession of a financial device, four counts of criminal possession of ID documents, a count of conspiracy to commit a felony, first-degree criminal trespass of an automobile with intent to commit a crime, three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and three counts of theft of under $300.

He was released from the Garfield County after posting $1,250 bond on Wednesday.

“I love my son Tyler, who has been through some very difficult, public challenges for a young man and the subject of attention that he didn’t ask for,” Rep. Lauren Boebert said in a statement Wednesday. “It breaks my heart to see my child struggling and in this situation, especially when he has been provided multiple opportunities to get his life on track. I will never give up on him and I will continue to be there for him. As an adult and father, Tyler will take responsibility for his actions and should be held accountable for poor decisions just like any other citizen.”
