Clarence Thomas misses Supreme Court argument with no explanation.

Conservative Justice Clarence Thomas missed oral arguments at the Supreme Court on Monday without an explanation.

Thomas was not participating remotely in arguments either.

However Chief Justice John Roberts said Thomas would “participate fully” in the two cases being argued based on the briefs and transcripts, according to NBC News.

Thomas, 75, is the eldest and the longest serving of the nine justices currently on the court. The court has a 6-3 conservative majority.
