Eric Trump accused the Biden administration of trying to end his father’s marriage to First Lady Melania Trump in a bizarre rant on Monday.

During an appearance on Newsmax Trump defended the indictment of former FBI Director James Comey.

Comey was indicted last week on two charges, including obstruction of a congressional proceeding and giving false statements. The indictment followed Donald Trump’s public pressure on Justice Department officials to charge Comey.

Democrats and legal experts say the indictment is the latest sign that Donald Trump is weaponizing the Justice Department to target his critics.

Eric Trump rejected that claim, telling Newsmax that the real victims of a weaponized justice system were members of his family.

“I’m the subject of 112 subpoenas, never having done a damn thing wrong in my life, never crossing a line, being a perfect role model, being a perfect model citizen, no laptops from hell, nothing,” said Trump who is accused of stealing donor money from kids with cancer and was also ordered to participate in mandatory training before operating a charity again in New York.

“They came after me like I was a dog,” he continued in a clip highlighted by Mediaite. “They tried to impeach my father two times. You know, they went after him for a Russia hoax that did not exist, that was paid for by Hillary Clinton. The FBI and the DOJ spied on my father’s campaign. They de-platformed him. They weaponized every attorney general and every district attorney around the country. They indicted him 91 times, 34 times in a bogus trial in New York City.”

Trump then bizarrely accused the Biden administration of trying to get his father “divorced” when FBI agents executed a search warrant at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home to retrieve classified documents after he ignored several requests from officials with the National Archives to hand over the documents and a subpoena.

“They raided his home! They raided Mar-a-Lago! They tried to get him divorced! They tried to separate our family! They tried to go after our employees! They attacked us. They tried to bankrupt our company,” Trump ranted. “They de-platformed us! They stripped every bank account away from me and the Trump Organization that you can imagine.”
