Fox News meteorologist Adam Klotz said he was attacked by a group of teenagers on the NYC subway early Sunday morning after he tried to intervene when he saw them hassling an older man.
Klotz posted two videos to his Instagram account on Sunday detailing the incident which he said happened while he was heading home from a bar after watching the New York Giants game.
Klotz revealed his injuries in the first video, including two black eyes and several bruises on his face.
“You should see the other guy,” he joked.
The “other guy” was a group of “five or six children” Klotz said, adding, “Where are the parents? Don’t let your kids come beat me up in the middle of the night again please.”

Klotz said he intervened when he saw the group of teenagers harassing an older man on the subway.
“I was like, ‘Yo, guys, cut that out.’ And they decided, ‘Alright, if he’s not going to get it, then you’re going to get it,'” he said in the video. “And, boy, did they give it to me. They had me on the ground. My ribs are all kind of bruised up, too. They got their hits in.”
Klotz said he had X-rays done and his injuries will heal. The older man was unharmed.
The New York Post reports that three of the teenagers, aged 15 through 17, were arrested and later released to their parents.
“Juvenile reports were prepared, and their parents were called to pick them up,” a representative for the NYPD said.
