Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis said all defendants charged in the plot to overturn election results in Georgia have until noon on August 25, to “voluntarily surrender,” CNN reports.

“Subsequent to the indictment, as is the normal process in Georgia law, the grand jury issued arrest warrants for those who were charged,” Willis said at a press conference on Monday. “I am giving the defendants the opportunity to voluntarily surrender no later than noon on Friday, the 25th day of August.”

A Georgia grand jury indicted former President Donald Trump and 18 other defendants after Willis’ two year investigation into Trump’s attempts to overturn the results of the election in the state.

The indictment accuse Trump and the other defendants of unlawfully conspiring and endeavoring to “conduct and participate in a criminal enterprise” after Trump lost the 2020 presidential election in Georgia.
