Pro-Trump free speech site, Gettr has banned a right wing pundit over his use of the n-word on their platform, the Daily Beast reports.
A spokesperson for the platform confirmed to the outlet that they banned Jon Miller, the former Blaze TV host from their platform for using the racial epithet.
“Jon Miller was suspended from Gettr because he used the N-word in his profile. This is a clear violation of our terms of service,” the spokesperson said. “Gettr defends free speech, but there is no room for racial slurs on our platform.”
However, Miller said on Twitter that he was suspended for “no reason” and pointed out the irony that the platform that advertises itself as a free speech site was the first social media site to suspend him.
“Guess I was too critical of them for suspending others?” Miller wrote. “What does it say when the 1st platform to ban me is the one that sells itself as the free speech alternative?”
