Donald Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani was suspended from YouTube, again for spreading falsehoods about the November election.
Giuliani will be unable to upload new videos or live stream content for two weeks.
“We removed content from the Rudy W. Giuliani channel for violating our sale of regulated goods policy, which prohibits content facilitating the use of nicotine, and our presidential election integrity policy,” a YouTube spokeswoman said in a statement to Bloomberg. “Additionally, in accordance with our long standing strikes system, we issued a strike against the Rudy W. Giuliani channel, which temporarily restricts uploading or live-streaming.”
If he violates the platform’s policies for a third time within a 90 day period, his channel will be permanently banned, according to YouTube’s strike system.
This is Giuliani’s second strike. He was suspended in January for spreading lies about the election.
