Giuliani says he’s struggling to buy food.

Giuliani served with indictment notice during his birthday party in Florida.

Donald Trump’s former personal attorney Rudy Giuliani said he is unable to buy food.

The former New York City mayor took to X on Saturday to complain about his legal woes and beg his followers for money.

“Wilkie Farr Law firm and Judge Liman are trying to inhibit me from making a living. They seized my measly checking account so I can’t buy food. Help me fight,” he wrote.

Giuliani’s post directed supporters to a GiveSendGo page that read: America’s Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, has been persecuted to the highest level through law fare due to his support of President Donald Trump. Therefore, we are raising funds to go directly to his legal defense.”

He has raised over $100,000 so far out of his $250,000 goal.

Last month, US District Judge Lewis Liman ordered Giuliani to turn over all his valuable possessions and his Manhattan penthouse apartment to Georgia election workers, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, to cover the $148 million judgement he was order to pay for defaming them after the 2020 presidential election.

Earlier this week Liman threatened to hold Giuliani in contempt over his “farcical” explanation of why he hasn’t complied with a court order to turn over his possessions to the election workers.

“The notion that your client doesn’t have any knowledge of where his assets are located is farcical,” Liman told Giuliani lawyer Ken Caruso, according to NBC News.

“He is under an unqualified order to deliver all the receivership property to the receiver,” Liman added. “If he doesn’t comply then I’m sure I’ll get a motion for contempt. If he hasn’t delivered, and there is a way in which he could have delivered, he’ll be subject to contempt sanctions.”

Giuliani has until Nov. 14 to turn over his valuables, including shares in his Upper East Side co-op apartment, valuable sports memorabilia, a Mercedes-Benz convertible, and luxury watches.
