GOP congressman tells his supporters to 'be armed, be dangerous' after Rittenhouse not guilty verdict.

Republican congressman Madison Cawthorn (N.C.) is telling his supporters to arm themselves after Kyle Rittenhouse, the teenager who fatally shot two protesters in Kenosha, Wis., and wounded a third during a Black Lives Matter protest last year was found not guilty.

“Kyle Rittenhouse is not guilty, my friends!” Cawthorn said. “You have a right to defend yourself! Be armed, be dangerous, and be moral!”

Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges: first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide and two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, by a jury in Wisconsin on Friday after four days of deliberations.

Cawthorn also offered Rittenhouse an internship days after Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz floated the idea of hiring him saying “he would probably make a pretty good Congressional intern.”

Disgraced congressman Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) also wants Rittenhouse as an intern and he is willing to arm wrestle Gaetz for him.
