Fox News host Sean Hannity urged his viewers on Monday night to get vaccinated as the number of COVID cases across the country starts to rise again due to the Delta COVID variant.
“Please take COVID seriously, I can’t say it enough. Enough people have died. We don’t need any more deaths,” Hannity said on his show. “Research like crazy, talk to your doctors, medical professionals you trust based on your unique medical history, your current medical condition, and you and your doctor make a very important decision for your own safety. Take it seriously.”
“I believe in science, I believe in the science of vaccination,” he added.
Hannity’s remarks came hours after fellow Fox Host Steve Doocy came out in support of vaccinations.
The network has come under criticisms after some of their top hosts spread misinformation about coronavirus-related restrictions, lockdowns, mask mandates, vaccines and the pandemic overall, according to the Hill.
