Self-proclaimed prophet Julie Green claimed to have received a direct message from God regarding the stock market collapse.
Markets tumbled Thursday, Friday and again on Monday after Trump announced tariffs on goods imported from some of America’s biggest trading partners last week.
According to Green though, God told her that the market collapse has nothing to do with Trump’s tariff strategy, it’s evil forces trying to make the president “look bad.”
“The DOW plummeted like 1600 and some points, and apparently people are overwhelmingly freaking out,” Greene said on her Rumble show over the weekend. “First of all, this was a strategy to the enemy — from the enemy, God said would happen to make our president look bad, to make the tariffs look bad when actually the tariffs are very bad for that dark financial system that the enemies have in place.”
“God told us when we start seeing a shaking in the economy that we are not to fear because this is not going to affect us. This is going to affect our enemy,” Green said.
The ‘prophet’ went on to claim that it is these enemies who are manipulating the markets to make God-fearing Trump supporters fearful so it influences the president to change strategy because his tariffs are “depleting the enemy’s resources.”
“In order to make those tariffs look bad when actually they are the best for our country. But the globalist and the elitists are terrified because they know these tariffs are gonna work, and they know that people believe it, then their entire dark financial system will utterly collapse before their very eyes, and that’s what they’re trying to stop,” Green added. “So don’t give in to the fear.”
Green, who has been endorsed by Eric Trump, regularly shares far-right conspiracy theories online disguised as messages from God.
In 2022 she predicted Nancy Pelosi would die before the midterms and that indictments against Trump–who God affectionately calls “my David” according to Green–are “about to explode and they all fall apart,” according to Newsweek.
