Self-proclaimed prophet Julie Green is declaring that this is the year of a “reinstatement” and an “overthrow” of the US government.
Green, who regularly shares far-right conspiracy theories disguised as messages from God, now claims the supreme being told her that 2024 is the year a new government will “takeover” the country.
“My children, the time has come. A time that you have been waiting for. A reinstatement. A shift of power. A new government in control. An overthrow, and a takeover in this nation from the hands of the wicked, to the hands of the righteous,” Green said on her Julie Green Ministries International streaming channel.
“A coup is about to be disrupted and annihilated and anyone a part of it exposed and removed,” she prophesied. “2024 will start out with a bang, brace for a mighty impact coming to shake you loose from the chains that bind you.”
Green has a history of controversial ‘prophesies’. In 2022 she predicted Nancy Pelosi would die before the midterms and that indictments against Trump–who God affectionately calls “my David” according to Green–are “about to explode and they all fall apart,” according to Newsweek.
“‘Pardon.’ You are about to hear this word in your news more and more. You’ll be very surprised in the reason why,” Green said. “Indictments against my David are about to explode, and they will all fall apart.”
