Biden says Trump 'snapped' after losing 2020 election: "He's clearly unhinged"

President Joe Biden called Donald Trump “unhinged” and said the former president “snapped” after losing the 2020 presidential election.

Biden made the comment while speaking at a fundraiser on Saturday at the home of former Microsoft executive Jon Shirley, according to CNN.

“It’s clear that … when he lost in 2020, something snapped in him,” Biden said, according to reporters in the room. “He’s not only obsessed with losing in 2020, he’s clearly unhinged. Just listen to what he’s telling people.”

Biden also said he feels good about where his campaign is, but acknowledged that the November presidential election will he close.

“We feel good about the state of the race, but we know the race is close,”  Biden said.

Polling shows an extremely tight race in November with the former president having a slight advantage.
