Michael Cohen says Trump will turn on his family as New York AG criminal probe ramps up.

Former attorney for Donald Trump, Michael Cohen thinks the ex-president will turn on members of his family after reports that the New York attorney general is investigating the Trump Organization in a “criminal capacity.”

Donald Trump’s eldest sons, Eric and Donald Trump Jr., are both executive vice presidents at the Trump Organization. Ivanka also held that job before leaving to serve in the White House in 2017.

“I think Donald Trump is going to flip on all of them. What do you think about that? Including his children,” Cohen told MSNBC host Joy Reid.

Cohen said with Trump, nothing is ever his fault and each child is in charge of projects on specific properties in the organization.

“He’s gonna say Don Jr, handled that, Ivanka handled that, Melania, don’t take me take Melania, he’s gonna tell them to take everyone except for himself. That’s just the kind of guy he is,” Cohen added.

Cohen’s comments comes days after the office of New York AG Letitia James (D) announced that their investigation into the Trump Organization has expanded to include a criminal capacity.

James’ office has been investigating the personal taxes of Allen Weisselberg, an executive at the Trump Organization who currently serves as chief financial officer.

“Allen Weisselberg knew every single dollar in, and every single dollar — not even dollar to the penny. Every single penny in and every penny out went through Allen Weisselberg’s desk, and then reported, before and after, to Donald J. Trump,” Cohen said.
