Disgraced lawyer Rudy Giuliani has been issued a subpoena in Dominion Voting Systems lawsuit against Fox News.
Giuliani, Donald Trump’s former personal attorney is already being sued by Dominion Voting Systems over his claims that the company and its employees conspire with Democrats to steal the election from Donald Trump.
But the new subpoena asked Giuliani to hand over any documents related to his appearances on Fox News starting in 2016, along with all communications he had with the network related to the 2020 presidential election and Dominion, according to Bloomberg.
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell and attorney Sidney Powell were also issued similar subpoenas.
Giuliani was recently suspended from practicing law in New York due to making “false and misleading statements” about the election loss of Donald Trump.
