Donald Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani has tested positive for coronavirus, Donald Trump announced via tweet on Sunday.

“@RudyGiuliani, by far the greatest mayor in the history of NYC, and who has been working tirelessly exposing the most corrupt election (by far!) in the history of the USA, has tested positive for the China Virus,” Trump tweeted. “Get better soon Rudy, we will carry on!!!.”

Giuliani has not confirmed his diagnosis. 

Giuliani has been traveling the country leading the charge to overturn the results of the election. He was recently in Georgia attending a Senate hearing on the election, according to CNN.

Giuliani, 76 is at a high risk of developing severe complications from the virus due to his age. He was admitted to MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington on Sunday, sources told ABC News.
