Tucker Carlson doubles down on his criticism of top U.S. general.

Fox New host Tucker Carlson doubled down on his criticisms of Joint Chiefs chair, Gen. Mark Milley during his show on Friday, accusing him of a “race attack” for defending teaching critical race theory to military officers during a House hearing on Wednesday.

During the hearing before the House Armed Services Committee this week Milley said he wants to “understand white rage” as he talked about how “it’s important for those of us in uniform to be open-minded and be widely read.”

“What is it that caused thousands of people to assault this building and try to overturn the Constitution of the United States of America? What caused that? I want to find that out. I want to maintain an open mind here,” Milley said.

On Thursday’s show Carlson called Gen. Milley “stupid” and “a pig” because of his comments and said he’s only the chairman of the Joint Chiefs “because he is obsequious” and “knows who to suck up to.”  Even though he was criticized for attacking the general, Carlson doubled down on Friday.

“White rage is not a medical condition, it’s not even a legitimate academic theory. It doesn’t exist,” Carlson said. “’White rage’ is a racial attack. So here, you have the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in a congressional hearing leveling a race attack against American citizens, the guy who’s supposed to be protecting our country.”

“That is disgraceful, it’s disqualifying, it’s without precedent,” he added. “We shouldn’t have a chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff who attacks Americans based on their skin color. It’s disgusting.”

Carlson was joined by Sean Parnell, a veteran who’s running for the Pennsylvania Senate seat left vacant by retiring GOP Sen. Pat Toomey.

Parnell told Carlson that implementing critical race theory will “destroy the United States military from the inside out without firing a shot,” adding, “our secret weapon wasn’t the sexy guns and equipment that we had; it was the love and brotherhood that we had for one another that allowed us to defeat the enemy. Critical race theory undermines all of that.” He also called on Milley to resign.
