Conservative commentator Ann Coulter wants Donald Trump to be convicted and forced to build the border wall.
“In a perfect world, Trump would be convicted, but in Texas. Assigned to a prison work gang. Sent to the southern border. Forced to build the wall,” Coulter wrote on Twitter.
Coulter’s comments came after Trump was indicted for the third time this week. A federal grand jury indicted the former president on four charges related to his attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election. Special Counsel Jack Smith has already secured an indictment for Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified documents and obstruction of justice. Trump was also indicted in New York over alleged hush money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 presidential election.
Coulter was a staunch defender of Trump. She once called the former president an “emperor god” and wrote a book titled “In Trump We Trust.”
However, Coulter turned on Trump for failing to complete the wall along the US-Mexico border as he promised during the 2016 campaign.
