Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) donned a pair of fake Trump sneakers at her election party on Tuesday after securing the Republican nomination for Colorado’s 4th congressional district.

The congresswoman was spotted entering her watch party carrying a pair of Trump’s ‘limited edition’ high-top sneakers and wore them on stage during her victory speech.

Boebert later admitted to a local reporter that the sneakers were fake.

“These are very China, but I’m ok with that,” she told Westword. “If I could’ve bought the OGs I would have.”

Boebert was endorsed by Trump and won her primary in Colorado’s 4th congressional district by a landslide after switching districts last year. She celebrated her victory by pledging her loyalty to Trump before an intimate crowd in Windsor on Tuesday.

“The haters do not define me,” she told Westword. “I am blood bought, blood washed. I’m a daughter of the almighty God. That is where I get my value. And that is the only thing I will allow to define me.”
