Giuliani's star witness insists she wasn't drunk during her testimony, "that's my personality"

Melissa Carone is speaking out for the first time after her trainwreck testimony about non-existent voter fraud in Michigan last week.

The 33-year-old IT worker is insisting that she wasn’t drunk during the hearing. She says it was just her being herself.

“I wasn’t drunk,” Carone told Insider Edition “I would swear under oath that I wasn’t drunk.” As for her incoherent performance, “that’s my personality,” she explained.

Her performance was parodied on Saturday Night Live, which she says she enjoyed, especially Cecily Strong’s portrayal of her, “I think she did a great job,” she said. “I think it was very funny, she looked just like me.”

According to Inside Edition she is also refusing to quarantine despite a County Health Department mandate that states “anyone who did not wear a face covering during the proceedings” must do so until December 12.

Since her testimony went viral for all the wrong reasons she has been doing interviews with right wing outlets and popular figures like Sarah Palin. Carone recently told Palin that the “Obamas funded that Wuhan lab to make COVID”, while still maintaining that Donald Trump will win the election.
