Fox News host Jesse Watters bizarrely claimed that men who vote for female politicians will “transition into a woman” as a panel discussion about a virtual fundraiser for Vice President Kamala Harris dubbed “White Dudes for Harris” went off the rails Tuesday.
Watters dismissed the fundraising Zoom call, as a “struggle session for pale, hairy, flabby California artists” before wondering out loud “why any man would vote Democrat.”
“It’s not the party of virtue, security, it’s not the party of strength. It’s definitely not the party of family,” he continued. “And to be a man and then vote for a woman just because she’s a woman is either childish, that person has mommy issues, or they’re just trying to be accepted by other women.”
Watters then went on to say that a man becomes a woman by voting for a female politician, a claims he says is supported by scientific research.
“And I heard the scientists say the other day that when a man votes for a woman, he actually transitions into a woman,” he said.
Organizers of ‘White Dudes For Harris’ say they raised $4 million for the campaign during the call on Monday.
More that 190,000 people attended the virtual fundraiser, including VP hopefuls Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.
