MSNBC loses nearly HALF its audience since the election.

Viewers are fleeing MSNBC in droves after the presidential election.

According to Nielsen ratings, the network’s viewership is down 47% percent since the election and 52% in primetime.

For the week ending Nov. 24, MSNBC logged an average of 632,000 primetime viewers compared to 1.34 million for the week ending Nov. 3 which was the last full week before the election.

Morning Joe, the network’s flagship morning program, saw a 38 percent drop in viewership after co-hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski flew to Mar-a-Lago to meet with President-elect Donald Trump.

Several of the network’s other shows including The ReidOut and 11th Hour with Stephanie Ruhle have also recorded all-time lows including in the crucial 25 to 54 demographic.

CNN was also hit by a ratings collapse, losing 33 percent of its total audience since the election and 47% of its primetime audience since the week before the election.

On the other hand, right wing network, Fox News has largely retained its audience from before the election, dropping from 2.67 million the week before the election to 2.63 million in the week ending Nov. 24.

The network’s primetime viewership also increased by 24 percent since Trump’s victory.
