According to Daily Beast reporter Zachary Petrizzo, who is with the People’s Convoy going around the Beltway, truckers have become increasing paranoid that frustrated, regular commuters are actually members of Antifa.
According to Petrizzo, the caravan “became increasingly paranoid over standard commuter cars they believe to be members of antifa.
“Six antifa vehicles! Six antifa vehicles,” a trucker said over the CB radio, according to the reporter.
“Keep your heads on a swivel!” another trucker yelled.
There is no evidence to suggest that ‘antifa’ is trying to sabotage the truckers’ drive around the Beltway. A more plausible explanation would be that commuters are resentful of an intentional attempt to disrupt traffic on one of the busiest highways in the region for absolutely no reason.
