Twitter has suspended a Newsmax reporter over a bizarre claim that COVID vaccines contain a satanic tracker.
Newsmax White House correspondent Emerald Robinson warned Christians on Monday night that the vaccines contain a “bioluminescent” marker linked to the devil.
Twitter deleted the post before suspending her account on Wednesday for violating their platform rules against COVID-19 misinformation.
According to the Daily Beast, Robinson’s claim was so bizarre that even Newsmax–a network known for making outlandish claims–distanced themselves from their own employee.
“Newsmax strongly believes and has reported that the Covid 19 vaccines are safe and effective. We do not believe the vaccines contain any toxic materials or tracking markers, and such false claims have never been reported on Newsmax,” the network said in a statement. “The many medical experts appearing on Newsmax have supported the use of the vaccine.”
