Attorney General Barr dismissed Donald Trump's Twitter attacks as the rantings of a deposed king.

Donald Trump has escalated his criticisms of Attorney General Bill Barr in recent days and hinted at the possibility of firing him before January 20th.

On Saturday, Trump fired off three tweets attacking Barr, calling him a “big disappointment” and retweeted a supporter calling for Barr to be fired “by end of business day”. This is because Barr did not come out to publicly announce that Hunter Biden was under federal investigation before the election.

Barr remains unfazed by Trump’s Twitter attacks. He dismissed them as the rantings of a deposed king.

“None of this matters— it’s the deposed King ranting. Irrelevant to the course of justice and to Trump’s election loss..” a source told CNN that’s what Barr really thinks of the tweets.

Trump has discussed the possibility of firing Bill Barr as recently as Friday during a meeting at the White House, though it still remains unclear if he will actually go through with it.
