Trump’s pardoned former national security adviser Michael Flynn is doubling down on his calls for Donald Trump to use the military to oversee a new election especially in swing states.

Asked about what actions Trump could take to overturn the results of the election during an interview on Newsmax Flynn said: “He could seize ever single one of those [Dominion] machines. He could also order –within the swing states– if he wanted to, he could take military capabilities and place them in those states and basically rerun an election in each of those states.”
He continued: “It’s not unprecedented. These people out here talking about martial law like it’s something that we’ve never done. Martial law has been instituted 64 times. So I’m not calling for that. We have a constitutional process, and that has to be followed.”

During that same interview, Flynn also said he “expects more from the Republican Party” instead of “standing up and defending this president” they are worried about the “fake elections” in Georgia on January 5.
