These are the 10 House Republicans who voted against th bill:

  • Rep. Andy Biggs (Arizona)
  • Rep. Dan Bishop (North Carolina)
  • Rep. Warren Davidson (Ohio)
  • Rep. Matt Gaetz (Florida)

  • Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (Georgia)
  • Rep. Thomas Massie (Kentucky)
  • Rep. Ralph Norman (South Carolina)

Massie said it was “Insane” that Congress “authorized Biden to transfer virtually any weapon of war, other than a nuclear weapon, to Ukraine.”

The Senate already passed the bill earlier this month via voice vote, meaning none of the 100 senators had any objections, and the bill heads to President Joe Biden’s desk.
