The Trump campaign is already in spin mode before either candidate even touched the debate stage in Ohio.

The campaign prematurely sent out on email around 6:30 p.m on Tuesday claiming that Trump “finished debating Joe Biden” and it was one for the history books, the thing is, the debate will begin 9 p.m.

Throughout the email the campaign bragged about Trump’s performance in the past tense claiming that he “showed the American people that I will ALWAYS fight to put America first and that I will NEVER stop working to Make America Great Again.”

The email went on to say the “Fake news media” will only lie about the debate before asking for donations and expressing disappointment with the recipient for not stepping up “and help to make TODAY our BEST fundraising day EVER.”
