Republican congressman from Wisconsin Bryan Steil announced on Sunday that he tested positive for coronavirus.
Congressman Steil says he tested positive after experiencing mild symptoms following his return to his state from Washington D.C. where he spent last week.

“After working in Washington, D.C. all of last week, I began experiencing mild symptoms this weekend and contacted my health care provider while at home in Janesville,” Congressman Steil said in a statement. “I took a COVID-19 test today and results came back positive. ”
He will be working from home in quarantine and urge every American to follow CDC guidelines.
More than 30 members of Congress, mostly Republicans have tested positive for the coronavirus since the start of the pandemic.
