Followers of QAnon are back in Dallas days after John F. Kennedy Jr failed to reappear at Dealey Plaza and announce he would be joining the Republican ticket with Donald Trump for 2024.
According to journalist Steven Monacelli, followers of QAnon formed a ‘Q’ shape on the plaza before they “gathered into a single line and are one by one approaching a man with a bird on his shoulder who appears to be giving them individual directions.”
Large QAnon accounts on fringe sites promoted the bizarre theory that JFK and his son would reveal themselves to the world at a Rolling Stones concert in Dallas on Tuesday night.
So, hundreds of QAnon followers arrived at Dealey Plaza in Dallas, the site of JFK’s assassination on November 22, 1963, expecting to see his son, JFK. Jr, who died in 1999.
They believe that JFK Jr. faked his death in a plane crash and would return to run as Donald Trump’s vice president in 2024 and help usher in a new era of American prosperity, according to Newsweek.
When their prophesy failed to materialize, some members of the fringe group claimed Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards is in fact President John F. Kennedy.
